Description

The Department of Tourism is the government authority responsible for tourism in Morocco. Its mission is to develop and implement government policy on tourism. To this end, it is particularly in charge, to develop, implement and evaluate the strategy of tourism development in coordination with the authorities concerned.

Partnership projects

The Department of Tourism of Morocco has launched a new development strategy "Vision 2020" for the next decade. This new vision aims to consolidate and accelerate the growth momentum created by Vision 2010 and challenges 2 issues: building new tourism competitive destinations with a regional approach aiming a broader distribution of wealth stemming from tourism and establishing a real sustainable development strategy.
